If you feel your report and slide deck are generic or don’t reflect your unique business, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll issue a full refund. We are that confident in the quality and customization of every audit we deliver.
To qualify:
- Your request must be made in writing to our support team within 30 days of whatever date the final AI Clarity Audit™ was delivered.
- All requests must provide clear details and a description of why you believe the report is generic and doesn’t reflect your unique business.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
